THE ROLE:

Lead the Data Science function to drive advanced analytical models and AI strategies across the organisation. Develop data-driven solutions to optimise business outcomes and promote a culture of data innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and analysts.
• Advanced Analytics: Implement cutting-edge machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Optimisation: Develop AI-driven solutions to optimise processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and initiatives.
• Data Quality: Ensure the highest level of data integrity and reliability in all analytical processes.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data science and AI, driving innovation within the team.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Expert knowledge of data science tools such as Python, R, and SQL (+5 years).
• Proven experience in leading complex AI and machine learning projects.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical models (e.g., random forests, neural networks, reinforcement learning).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Timely delivery of high-impact data science projects.
• Adoption of advanced AI models across business functions.
• Improvements in business performance metrics due to AI-driven solutions.
• Team development and knowledge sharing.
