Principal Enterprise Data Architect | Financial Services | London | Azure | Data | £130,000 -£150,000 | Hybrid

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to drive its enterprise-wide data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise data architecture vision, securing leadership buy-in.
• Establish and govern enterprise data standards, taxonomies, and models.
• Collaborate with Business Unit architects to ensure alignment with enterprise needs.
• Lead a Data Community of Practice to drive standardization and collaboration.
• Maintain a high-level enterprise data landscape to assess risks and enable compliance.

What You’ll Need:

Proven expertise in enterprise data architecture and governance.

Strong background in solution architecture (data warehouses, analytics platforms).

Deep knowledge of data technologies (structured, unstructured, NoSQL, data lakes).

Experience driving architectural strategy and overcoming resistance to change.

Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels.

TOGAF or similar certification .
