Key Responsibilities:

Networking and Business Development:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects in the manufacturing, automotive, and logistics sectors.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand FWF's client base.
3. Represent FWF at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and promote our specialized capabilities.

Proposal Creation:

1. Develop compelling, customized proposals that address specific client needs in manufacturing, automotive, and logistics.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with FWF's strategic goals, highlighting our expertise in AI and automation.

Thought Leadership:

1. Produce high-quality content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations, on innovative trends in manufacturing, automotive, and logistics.
2. Keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies, offering insights that position FWF as a thought leader.
3. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to achieve project success.
4. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging team development and professional growth.

Project Oversight:

1. Oversee the execution of AI and automation projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable value.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading consulting firm or equivalent, specializing in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics.
2. Deep industry expertise, understanding the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
3. Skilled in AI and automation technologies and their application in industrial and logistics environments.
4. Strong networking and business development abilities with a track record of securing new business.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating influential thought leadership content.
