Overview:

As the Principal Consultant for Manufacturing and Logistics at FWF, you will lead the growth and development of this strategic sector within our firm. You'll be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, crafting impactful proposals, producing industry-leading content, and overseeing a team to deliver transformative AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Networking and Business Development:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects in the manufacturing, automotive, and logistics sectors.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand FWF's client base.
  3. Represent FWF at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and promote our specialized capabilities.

Proposal Creation:

Thought Leadership:

  3. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to achieve project success.

Project Oversight:

  1. Oversee the execution of AI and automation projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable value.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading consulting firm or equivalent, specializing in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics.
  2. Deep industry expertise, understanding the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
