As a Principal Client Performance Lead you’ll take ownership of delivering large-scale projects — or multiple smaller ones — that really make an impact. You’ll be trusted to get results on time, on budget, and ready for service, all while meeting client expectations.
Whether you bring deep expertise in a specific industry, technology, or functional area like sales, account management or procurement, your work will directly influence project success and profitability. This is your chance to lead with confidence, make your mark, and help shape outcomes that matter.
Although this position is predominantly home-based, there will be national travel to client sites when required. Whilst we support homeworking wherever practicable, with several offices across the country, you are always more than welcome to head into your nearest office for the day if you need to see another smiling face!

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Hybrid (Home-based with regular travel).

Salary: £45k- £60k pa.
Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy extra days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
