Principal Building Control Surveyor

3 months contract with local authority.
Job Purpose:

• Review and assess a wide range of domestic and commercial developments to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory building control requirements.
• Ensure the Building Control service meets the demands of the Building Safety Regulator and Building Safety Act 2022.
• Deliver the Councils Dangerous Structures (DS) function, including managing compliance and safety.
