Job description

Summary of the Role
An Asset Management professional is required to join the Team and assist in the delivery of their allocated workstream.

TASKS

  1. Lead and deliver allocated workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives and timelines.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including industry partners, to align people, processes and technology.
  3. Identify and address gaps in the existing proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  4. Monitor and report on workstream progress, providing regular updates and ensuring risks and issues are managed effectively.
  5. Support other workstream leads as necessary, fostering collaboration and consistency.
  6. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure alignment of key processes and objectives.
  7. Asset management systems.
  8. Policy, strategy and objectives development.
  9. Implementing asset management plans.
  10. Programme and project management.
  11. Asset management capability development.
  12. Asset knowledge management.
  13. Asset information standards and systems.
  14. Review and assurance.
  15. Experience of working in highly regulated environments.
