If you’re an enthusiastic and dedicated NQT who is looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and enriching environment, we would love to hear from you.

Teaching Personnel are working with several primary schools located across Stoke-on-Trent. They are seeking enthusiastic NQT’s willing to join a welcoming and supportive environment. There are opportunities across both KS1 and KS2 available.

The role and responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging content following the national curriculum
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect
  • Liaise and work closely with colleagues to receive mentoring, support, and guidance throughout the induction year
  • Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing feedback
  • Engage actively with parents and carers to support the well-being and academic development of children

What we are looking for:

  • A recently qualified teacher (or soon to be qualified) with a passion for primary education
  • A creative and adaptable individual who is dedicated to supporting children’s learning and development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
  • Committed to professional development

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.
