Role Overview:
The school are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join their enthusiastic team on a part-time basis, working adhoc days. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to the youngest pupils in school, ensuring they have a strong foundation for their future learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and positive social interactions.
3. Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
5. Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching in an educational setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
