Job Vacancy: Primary Teacher (KS2)

Location: Teignmouth, Devon
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (KS2) to join a vibrant school in Teignmouth, Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the education and development of young learners in Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher (KS2):

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 2 students.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and success.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a rich and balanced curriculum.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and behavior.

About You:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching KS2, with a strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
  • A passionate and engaging teacher who can inspire young minds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and growth.
