The Role:

1. Teaching a KS2 class with high expectations for learning and progress
2. Leading engaging, challenging, and creative lessons
3. Supporting and mentoring colleagues, contributing to school-wide improvements
4. Taking on additional leadership responsibilities within the year group or subject area

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2
2. Currently on or eligible for the Upper Pay Scale (UPS)
3. A strong track record of raising attainment and delivering excellent teaching
4. Ability to support colleagues and contribute to whole-school development
5. A passion for creating an inclusive, high-achieving learning environment
