TeacherActive is excited to be working with an exceptional school that empowers and inspires their students and pupils every day. This school provides a high standard of education and focuses on students with different needs including: MLD, SLD, and Non-verbal and provides them with a daily structure and routine to ensure the best learning environment for their individual needs.
The school is looking for a determined Teacher with the potential of a permanent position. The successful Teacher will be confident and adaptable in working with Students with SEND helping them to meet their milestones and goals and giving them 1 to 1 support when needed.
The successful Teacher will have the following:
- QTS, ECTs are welcome to apply!
- Experience working with students with different SEND needs: MLD, SLD, Non-verbal and challenging behaviour
- A calm, patient, and caring personality
- A good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
