We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, committed and highly focused individual, who can support the children and staff in reaching their full potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance pupil's knowledge.
2. Assess and monitor student progress to ensure they meet their expected learning outcomes.
3. Identify gaps in student's understanding.
4. Build productive relationships with parents and guardians.
5. Design and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Requirements You Need:

1. Have relevant qualifications (QTS or ECT).
2. Experience within a classroom.
3. Be passionate about supporting children with their learning.
4. The ability to keep children engaged and motivated.
5. Have strong communication skills.
6. Have good behaviour management skills.
