You will be supported in your job search by a consultant who has worked with primary schools since 2008, and you will build a working relationship where you can be open and honest about the schools that you like and want to work in and those that you don't. You will build up a pool of schools where you want to be, becoming an extended member of their school team, able to build relationships with the children and staff over the academic year, being their chosen teacher to provide cover.
