Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of regular classroom teachers
2. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
3. Adapt to various school settings, age groups, and subjects
4. Follow school policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards of education
5. Provide feedback to the schools as required

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. A passion for teaching and supporting students
3. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various schools
4. Strong communication and classroom management skills
5. Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but not essential
