Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Bournemouth
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type: Supply / Temporary

The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students across various year groups, stepping in to cover planned and unplanned absences. If you are flexible, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
  2. Monitor and assess students' progress and behavior.
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  4. Collaborate with existing staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
  5. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs within the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  2. Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
  3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
  4. A positive and proactive approach to teaching.
  5. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
