The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students across various year groups, stepping in to cover planned and unplanned absences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
2. Monitor and assess students' progress and behavior.
3. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Collaborate with existing staff to ensure a smooth transition for students.
5. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs within the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
4. A positive and proactive approach to teaching.
5. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
