  5. Work in partnership with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to promote pupils' overall development.
  6. Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
Job Requirements:
  1. Must have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
  2. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for ease of commute or flexible site support.
  3. Must be available for full-time work during term time - part-time is not available for this position.
  4. Proven experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or complex behavioural needs.
  5. Familiarity with trauma-informed or therapeutic approaches is advantageous.
  6. Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  7. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
