Location: Barnsley
Salary: £625 - £1000 per week (Depending on recent experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediate

Main Tasks for This Position:

  1. Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across all primary year groups.
  2. Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom where students feel safe and inspired.
  3. Encouraging the academic and social development of each student, helping them achieve their full potential.
  4. Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive relationships.
  5. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  6. Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure the success of all students.

What’s Needed for This Role:

  1. A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Experience in teaching primary school students (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2).
  3. A genuine passion for child development and education.
  4. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  5. Creative, adaptable, and able to engage students of all abilities.
  6. An up-to-date CV covering last 10 years with no unexplained gaps.
  7. An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
