GSL Education are looking for a passionate and flexible Primary School Supply Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Doncaster. As a Primary School Supply Teacher, you'll be stepping in to support the class, ensuring lessons run smoothly and students feel engaged and motivated. Whether you're covering for a day or providing longer-term support, your presence will help students feel confident, supported, and excited about learning. Your work will have a lasting impact on their educational journey, helping them thrive in a safe and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with lessons that have already been planned for different primary school year groups, making changes if needed.
• Create a friendly primary school classroom where every student feels safe and supported.
• Make sure students behave well and encourage them to work together kindly.
• Work with other staff to meet the needs of all students in the primary school.
• Give feedback on how students are doing to the main teacher.
• Inspire primary school students to enjoy learning and celebrate their achievements.
• Follow the primary school rules and always stay professional.
• Be part of a caring school community that values every child.

Perfect Candidate Criteria:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in teaching at primary school level (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2).
• A deep passion for supporting children’s growth and development in primary education.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
• An up-to-date CV, covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one.
