We are seeking an inspiring and visionary leader to join our national team.
E-ACT is recruiting a Primary Education Director. The successful appointee will support outstanding educational leadership across several academies and work as part of our national trust team delivering improvement at scale. You will also lead on one of our collaborative networks or an improvement area for primary academies across E-ACT. This role will report into the National Director of Primary, working alongside other Primary Education Directors.

You will need to be a high performing, impact-driven leader with proven results in your field, and senior experience within education as a successful Headteacher. You will have an unrelenting focus on the quality of teaching, learning and outcomes within each academy and the expertise to develop school leaders. This is a national role but with a focus on the Southwest and our primary academies in Bristol.
Our national team play a crucial role to support our academies across England. You will be part of an exceptional network that makes a difference to our students' educational experience. This is at the heart of everything we do.

As an Education Director, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and managing your own schedule. Regular travel is essential, which is likely to involve overnight stays.
