Pricing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Coordinator to support our client within the international freight industry.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining organised records.

This position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate pricing data within the system and ensure all entries are up to date.
2. Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and documentation for clients.
3. Conduct regular audits of pricing information to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
4. Utilise software and applications to input data.
5. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

1. Proven experience within freight forwarding and logistics industry is essential.
2. High level of Microsoft Excel is essential.
3. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
4. Good knowledge of freight products and operational processes is essential, specifically air, sea, and road imports and exports.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Strong communication skills, telemarketing, and negotiation skills.
8. Customer focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
9. MUST HAVE Ocean freight experience.
