We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Coordinator. to support our client within the international freight industry.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining organised records.

This position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pricing data within the system and ensure all entries are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing proposals and documentation for clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing information to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
  • Utilise software and applications to input data.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within freight forwarding and logistics industry is essential
  • High level of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of freight products and operational processes is essential. Specifically, air, sea and road imports and exports.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, telemarketing and negotiation skills.
  • Customer focused and entrepreneurial mind set
