Position Overview:

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst with healthcare market access experience to serve as the technical lead on pricing activities supporting the International business, for current and new market entry.

This position sits in the market access group that supports all of our International markets.

As the Pricing Lead Analyst, you will work on pricing governance and discipline, developing pricing tools and pricing research/competitive intelligence.

You will deliver analytics and build dashboards for our product portfolio providing pricing corridors across our markets.

You will also enjoy and be adept at understanding, utilizing, and developing the best pricing tools in order to collaborate effectively across our business.

In addition, you will be part of the pricing implementation operations in partnership with Commercial Operations, Finance & SAP Team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager to make ad hoc studies on pricing, reimbursement systems, market dynamics, customer segmentation, and provide elements of recommendations on pricing.
• Provide the analytics and utilize best tools to maintain pricing dashboards.
• Ensure operational pricing activities with Accounting & Commercial Operations.
• Participate with FP&A to validate pricing assumptions for short-term or long-term range projects.
• Contribute to the international pricing framework aligned with the Global pricing framework.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device EU or Global Market Access space.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with MS Office Suite and Excel models.
• Experience in managing financial/pricing tools for analytics.
• Ability to prioritize and drive for results with an emphasis on quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to lead and deliver projects independently.
• Ability to generate and maintain accurate records.
• Strategic mindset and open-minded to foster innovation.
• Fluent in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Travel globally as required (less than 30%).
• This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (work from home/virtually 100% or may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).
• Country of residence: UK, NL, Belgium, Germany, or France.
