This is a brand new vacancy for the business so a fantastic opportunity to add value and make your mark from day one. You will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer and the hope is that over time you will build out a team beneath you of Pricing Analysts and Admins so you will really be able to shape the strategic growth of this investment area for us. We're looking to onboard a pricing tool which you will be responsible for, setting pricing KPIs and with time, advising the business on markdowns, promotions, COS etc.

• Co-ordinate with Chief Buying Officer (CBO), Buying Directors (BD) and Ecommerce Director (ED) in the production of the brand and category strategic pricing framework
• Provide relevant data to develop (with relevant stakeholders) strategy on pricing i.e., who we match, when and any target differential
• Establish KPI reporting framework and develop reporting suite to monitor and make recommendations for changes to promotional pricing, including number & depth of offers, comparing to original plan, to achieved optimised margin effectiveness
• Outline monthly shape and size of the plan and manage the timelines and activities with each stakeholder to ensure the promotional plans are delivered on time and aligned to agreed investments
• Gather and provide analysis from both internal & external market data sources to measure and support the ongoing effectiveness of the promotional plan
• Identify by exception problem areas and make recommendations at product and category level if necessary (considering a combination of sales revenues, margin, uplift in sales, consumer response and work with teams to incorporate changes for future periods)

• Demonstrable experience in pricing strategy
• People management experience
• Ability to transfer numbers into easy to understand insights and actions
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever changing environment
