More about the role:

Role Purpose: As our Premium Event Assistant, you will assist in the planning and execution of all event and non-event day operations at one of London’s iconic music venues, averaging 130 concerts a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the co-ordination and delivery of all events and ensure all functions run efficiently and effectively.
  2. Be the point of contact during an event and manage a team across the premium lounges.
  3. Liaise with clients regarding requirements for each event and ensure that quotes, catering agreements, and invoices are prepared correctly.
  4. Assist with the ordering for events as well as the set-up and breakdown of events.
  5. Inspire, strive, and be an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
  6. Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene rules and procedures are always followed as a priority.
  7. Demonstrate full alignment with the Levy and client vision and values.
  8. Manage the business needs and performance standards in line with Levy Signatures.

Person Specification:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role.
  2. Strong, quality operational experience with a passion for F&B.
  3. Articulate and numerate, able to accurately prepare quotes and reports.
  4. Awareness of government legislation, including health and safety and employment law.
  5. Proven competence of using systems and/or technology to enhance the operation.
  6. The desire and ability to lead, direct, and communicate effectively.
  7. A creative thinker with the drive and determination to get things done.
  8. The ability to interact personally and sensitively with others.
  9. A high level of influencing and interpersonal skills.
  10. Excellent skill set (menu knowledge, technical organization, time management).
  11. Understanding of production planning and optimizing resources correctly.
  12. Understanding the financial impact of decisions taken.
  13. Highly confident and positive with a “can do” attitude.
