Are you an experienced Pre-Construction Manager or looking for a new challenge with a growing and reputable company? Or are you a Bid Manager / Estimating Manager / experienced Preconstruction individual looking for your next role in preconstruction?

I have an exciting opportunity to join a national main contractor operating across the regional civil engineering sector. This role has no specific location, but the candidate must be willing to travel to meetings as required. You will be working on a varied portfolio of multimillion-pound projects and will have many client-facing duties.

The ideal candidate will come from a main contracting background and have experience working on civil engineering and ground engineering projects within the power, utilities, structures, and highways sector.

What do you need for this role?

1. Experience in taking projects from Tender through to completion
2. Tendering & Bid Writing Knowledge
3. Experience in ECI projects
4. Experience managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships
5. Good understanding of estimating and planning
6. Good construction methodology, planning, and commercial acumen
