Job description

My client is a leading Design & Build firm in its area and is looking for a Preconstruction Manager / Coordinator urgently.

They focus on the office fitout / Design & Build industry.

You will be assisting on all precon duties - projects (CAT A + CAT B) running from start to finish, including the tender phase, cost plans, quotes, client liaison, liaison with QS / Architects / Designers / any required parties and much more.

The ideal candidate:
  1. Strong technical knowledge
  2. Have knowledge within Mechanical and Electrical
  3. Some experience within the Design & Build industry
  4. Can have background in Quantity Surveying / Estimating
  5. Extremely organised
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Able to conduct site visits when required
