Salter Grange are leading the recruitment for a Preconstruction and Technical Manager position for a developer focusing on high-rise student accommodation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction phase for high-rise student accommodation projects




• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources




• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met




• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering




• Oversee technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations




• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders




• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field




• Experience in preconstruction and technical management, preferably in high-rise construction




• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations




• Excellent project management and leadership skills




• Proficiency in project management software and tools
