At System C, we are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Pre-Sales Team, focusing on our Liquidlogic Social Care and Finance solutions. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with local authorities and key decision-makers, helping them understand how our technology can enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for communities.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead pre-sales engagements, understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions to their strategic goals.
  2. Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to senior stakeholders, showcasing the value of our software.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights into social care and finance challenges within local government.
  4. Support high-profile bids, contributing to the development of high-quality proposals and tender responses.
  5. Work collaboratively with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  6. Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, influencing product development and future roadmaps.
  7. Represent System C at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen our market presence.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role, ideally in a software environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of the social care and/or finance sector, with an understanding of local government challenges.
  3. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Commercial awareness, with experience supporting high-value contracts and procurement processes.
  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, able to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  6. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Willingness to travel when required, with a full UK driving licence.
