The Role:

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee all pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are strategically planned, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements. Your expertise in early-stage project management, budgeting, and risk analysis will be critical to ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-construction phase, from initial client engagement to project handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial viability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, and planning teams to align project strategies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project development.
• Oversee tendering and procurement processes, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance pre-construction processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction processes, estimating, and project planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement, tendering, and contractual negotiations.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
