Pre-Construction Manager

Drive the success of concrete frame projects from the ground up as a Pre-Construction Manager. You'll be the strategic leader during the pre-construction phase, collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically manage pre-construction activities, including site analysis, feasibility assessments, and design coordination.
2. Control project finances, procurement, and risk, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
3. Develop and implement robust pre-construction schedules, proactively addressing potential challenges.
4. Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, fostering clear communication and alignment.
5. Lead the tender process, collaborating to select high-performing contractors and suppliers.
6. Optimize project costs through value engineering, maintaining quality standards.
7. Contribute to the development of effective site construction methodologies and temporary works strategies.
8. Provide detailed pre-construction progress reports, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.

1. Extensive pre-construction management experience, specifically with concrete frame projects.
