PROJECTS: Sub £50,000-£5 million. CAT A & B Fit Out

About Our Client:

Our client is a bespoke Fit out Contractor with a turnover of £40 million seeking a Pre-Con Manager to join their growing team. Based in Central London, this client is growing from strength to strength and is seeking a candidate who has worked on relevant projects.

The Role:

1. Taking full financial account of projects from start to finish.
2. Tendering
3. Negotiate tenders
4. Take offs
5. Programming
6. Planning
7. Costing
8. Budgeting
9. Liaise with sub-contractors from day one through to final accounts
10. Build relationships.
11. First Principal tendering
12. Delivery of the projects
13. Client Liaison
14. Aftercare

The ideal candidate must have:

1. Experience working as an Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager for a Main Contractor
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience
3. Degree qualified in a relevant field such as Commercial Management
4. Exceptional commercial acumen.

It is desirable to have:

1. Worked on interior fit out CAT A & B projects sub £10m.
