Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Leader, you will:

• Ensure the efficient running of the Pre-Assessment Team
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all members of the MDT, Consultants, and Patients
• Be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do" attitude that replicates your own desire to succeed
• Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
• Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalized care
• Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning, and delivery
• Champion a supportive, enabling working culture promoting staff safety and education

About us

Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital specialties include orthopedics, spinal surgery, eye care, oncology, diagnostic imaging, and general surgery. We are located on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa with easy access by rail and road - we have a large, free car park.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Clinical Leader for our hospital to help us build a healthier nation. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body and have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With strong clinical leadership, you will lead a team to a shared vision, promoting innovation and sustainability. As a Clinical Leader, you will have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth and effective department is also essential.

• Registered with the appropriate governing body and possess relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC

• Relevant experience to your qualification, with strong clinical leadership and the ability to promote innovation and sustainability.
