Key Responsibilities:

1. Chronic Disease Management – Conducting reviews for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, and hypertension to support QOF targets.
2. Cytology – Carrying out smear tests in line with NHS guidelines.
3. Vaccinations & Immunisations – Administering childhood immunisations, flu, shingles, pneumonia, and travel vaccines.
4. Health Promotion & Screening – Supporting lifestyle advice, NHS Health Checks, and smoking cessation programs.
5. Medical Administration – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in General Practice.
2. Updated cytology & immunisation training.
3. Familiarity with EMIS Web (preferred but not essential).
