Ballochmyle Medical Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP practice. The post will include general nursing duties, chronic disease management, and cervical screening. It is desirable that candidates should have the appropriate skills to apply for this position, but some training can be provided if required.
All applicants should hold valid NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. They should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a willingness to work collaboratively and be an active part of our clinical team. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Ballochmyle Medical Group operates from three full-time practices in the towns of Mauchline, Catrine, and Galston, East Ayrshire, a short 25-minute commute from the south side of Glasgow. Our popular surgeries provide NHS services for approximately 15,000 patients. We are an accredited training practice involved in GP training and take pride in our supportive and friendly working environment. Our practices are highly regarded by patients, and our full team strives to provide an outstanding level of patient-focused care.
Our team currently comprises five GP partners, three salaried GPs, two Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and two Practice Nurses, in addition to a large and efficient administration team. Our practices also benefit from an extensive multi-disciplinary team including pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy, CTAC services, Community Connector, and mental health support.
