Practice Nurse - The Practice Prospect House

Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?

The Practice Prospect House is looking for a Practice Nurse for 15 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained, and working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.

Job responsibilities

  • Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.

Qualifications
  • UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
