Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?

CGH Partnership is looking for a Practice Nurse for 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained, and working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.

Job responsibilities

What we can offer you as a Practice Nurse:

  • Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
  • 1 week's paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
