An established industry player is seeking a dedicated practice nurse to join a progressive surgery. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced nurses to thrive in a supportive environment. You will deliver high standards of patient care, manage chronic conditions, and participate in health promotion initiatives. With a focus on teamwork and professional development, this position allows for growth within the primary care sector. Join a talented team committed to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Kingston GP Chambers, the GP federation which supports twenty member GP practices across the borough of Kingston, are delighted to be supporting Brunswick Surgery in the recruitment of a new practice nurse.
Brunswick is a forward-thinking and progressive surgery with a well-established and talented workforce. The surgery was inspected in December 2022 and subsequently reviewed in July 2023, having achieved a good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The practice works hard to ensure an excellent level of patient care is delivered to almost 9,000 registered patients. The surgery is based in the modern and purpose-built Surbiton Health Centre, which is well served by local transport links and has the local high street in close proximity.
The surgery has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled nurse to join and provide their expertise to the clinical team. The nursing team currently consists of three Nurses who are ably supported by three Health Care Assistants.
This is a full-time role; however, part-time applications can be considered. This role is open to newly qualified nurses as well as those wishing to move across from secondary care into general practice and already qualified practice nurses.
