We are looking for Practice Nurses who are:

• NMC Registered
• Experienced in a primary care setting
• Competent in a range of Practice Nurse duties (e.g., vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease management, health checks)
• Adaptable, professional, and possess excellent communication skills
