Practice Nurse

Menlo Park are working with a very highly regarded and genuinely forward-thinking GP surgery, looking to add a Practice Nurse to their close-knit nursing team. The role is permanent for 25-30 hours per week ideally, and they are ideally seeking a Practice Nurse with Long Term Conditions experience, preferably Respiratory but open to Diabetes as well. You will be part of a small nursing team but part of a wider MDT. This is a superb opportunity to join a very well-established and respected team that is very supportive regarding the progression and development of all staff members.

Salary – £35,000 – £41,000 per annum (£18-£21 per hour) DOE + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Study

Your role –

• Need experience as a Practice Nurse in Primary Care
• Part-time position for 25-30 hours per week
• Benefit from a very close-knit team around you
• Be experienced with the routine practice nurse duties and experience with LTCs (preferably respiratory)
• No home visits
• Extended hours once per month

The benefits –

• Salary up to £41,000 DOE
• 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
