Practice Nurse Opportunity - Join a Friendly, Patient-Centered Team

We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a supportive, well-established practice in a beautiful, community-focused area in Guildford. This position offers a chance to become part of a forward-thinking clinical team that truly values patient care over bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 15-minute face-to-face appointments
2. Treatment room duties, including Travel and Baby Immunizations, Cytology, and Ear Irrigation
3. Supporting Chronic Disease Management (CDM) is beneficial but not essential

About the Practice:

1. A friendly surgery housed in a charming building, caring for 8,500 patients
2. GMS contract with mixed demographics in a fairly affluent area
3. Good CQC rating (2024) and consistently high QoF scores
4. A collaborative environment using Emis Web, where professional development is actively supported
5. Opportunities to develop toward ANP level and expand skills in CDM

The Team:

1. Supported by 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 2 HCA/Phlebotomists plus on-site support from an MSK Consultant (weekly) and Addiction Service (twice weekly).
2. Experienced Admin team led by a Practice Manager, Supervisor, and Health Coordinators
