Practice Nurse

South View Partnership is looking to recruit a Practice Nurse to join our Nursing Team of two Practice Nurses and a HCA, located in central Bromley. Our busy GP practice has 6 GP clinic rooms and two Nurse treatment rooms. We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced PN looking for a new role in a friendly and supportive practice.

We look forward to welcoming a part-time PN to work 20 hours across 3 days.

Main duties of the job

As part of our busy and friendly team, you will be supported in delivering a high level of care including immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, chronic disease management, and general clinic room duties.

Person Specification

Qualifications

1. Minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English language or literature and a science subject.
2. Two A levels or equivalent level 3 qualifications, such as a T level or BTEC.
3. A degree in nursing (registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council) in one of the four nursing specialisms: adult, children, mental health, or learning disability.
4. Qualified General Practice Nurse (GPN).
5. Experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD & asthma).
