Practice Manager - Audit, Advisory and Strategy

Purpose of the Job:
Are you ready to elevate your career in information and cyber security consulting? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Audit, Advisory & Strategy teams within the Cyber Consulting division. This senior role is perfect for those who have been delivering top-notch consulting services and are now looking to step up to a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver 10 days of Audit, Advisory, or Strategy consulting per month, focusing on ISF Security Healthcheck, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Data Privacy, vCISO, and general security consulting.
2. Support the Head of Consulting Services in growing the revenues and GP of the Audit, Advisory & Strategy departments.
3. Drive the Audit, Advisory & Strategy services within the customer base through the sales teams and engage in pre-sales scoping calls.
4. Identify new opportunities and services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Individual Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the consulting team while delivering high-quality engagements to customers.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure new business is scoped appropriately for delivery.
3. Manage customer engagements, ensuring the quality and timeliness of work delivered.
4. Achieve financial targets and contribute to the overall department budget.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

1. Educational Qualifications: BSc degree or 5 years relevant experience.
2. Professional Qualifications: Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor or other relevant information security qualifications. PCI QSA certification is essential.
3. Experience: 6 to 8 years of security/IT experience with at least 5 years in information security consulting.
