We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and productive individual with demonstrable skills in leadership, business, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical areas in the practice. They should have a sound knowledge of finance and strategic business management. A high degree of organisational skills is required, as well as a systematic approach to problem solving and planning. Previous experience of working in NHS at senior management level would be an advantage.
The Practice Manager plays a vital role in our practice and would be supported by an experienced Operations Manager and excellent administrative team.

To provide leadership for the whole team and manage and coordinate all aspects of the practice; motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and maintaining financial stability to ensure that the practice achieves its strategic objectives in an effective and safe working environment.
We are looking for a confident and resilient individual with excellent communication skills who would work closely with the Partners on all aspects of practice management. This would include Finance, Quality Care and Governance, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Patient Services.
Collingham Church View Surgery is located near the market town of Wetherby in beautiful semi-rural Yorkshire.
We are a friendly and well-regarded dispensing practice with a list size of approx. 9,600 patients working across 2 sites. Our 5 partner practice has 4 salaried GPs and a full complement of nurses, HCAs, dispensers and administrative staff, all working alongside a growing number of PCN roles. We are also a training practice for GP Registrars.
We have a strong and dedicated partnership who are committed to maintaining the traditional values of General Practice.
As the Practice Manager, you would be responsible for the day to day running of the practice. This would involve a wide range of duties including, but not restricted to, managing staff, finance and business administration, implementing policies, ensuring compliance with CQC, liaising with the PCN and overseeing QOF, QIS, IIF etc.
