£45,000 - £50,000 per annum - 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays - NHS Pension - Development opportunities

A caring and established GP Practice is seeking to hire a Practice Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on being a caring and committed team and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment. As Practice Manager, you will work closely with the partners to help develop and maintain an efficient and effective GP practice that services a diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial, HR management and recruitment skills. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and focus on the bigger picture, as well as being a strong leader and having great communication and organisational skills, monitoring performance targets and being highly self-motivated.

The practice consists of 6 GPs and 2 ANPs and is supported by a great administration team that helps to serve a patient list of approximately 9,000 which offers excellent support with a strong ethos and keen interest in GP training.
