You'll be joining us at our Maidwell practice in central Truro. Working hours are 40 hours Monday - Friday, with the option to do 4 days per week if preferred.

Salary £31,200 full time equivalent and depending on experience.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
