• As a Designate Practice Manager, you will travel around different practices covering the area.
• You will experience a variety of different sized practices offering a wide range of NHS, private, and specialist treatments.
• Locations vary and are close to public transport and local amenities.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship.
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators.
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions.
• You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
