Practice Manager

We are looking for a proactive manager to lead our friendly, well-organised training practice. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a stable, reliable team and ensure the efficient running of a well-respected surgery. Serving a local patient population of 8,500 patients, the team is proud to achieve consistently high QOF results, positive patient feedback, and provide training for medical students and GP registrars.

As the practice manager, you will be accountable to two GP partners and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will work to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive patient experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic manager who can demonstrate business acumen with strategic planning to increase efficiency and profitability.

You will also represent the practice within our Primary Care Network (CCB PCN) to develop and implement shared initiatives for improved patient care.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and resilient leader who thrives under pressure. Experience in healthcare management, business administration, or a similar role within a GP practice or NHS setting would be desirable but not essential.
