This is an exciting time to join the Community and Mental Health Division as it continues to grow. The division is currently made up of approximately 1000 staff who work together with the overall aim of improving patient care and experience both in the hospital setting and out in the community. Following the expansion of the division, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Senior Nurse to join our divisional education team as a Practice Educator.
This role will provide support, supervision, and educational support across the Community CAMHS teams and Gender Identity Service. They will also work closely with the wider divisional educational team to develop and deliver a robust education strategy.
Experience of working within CAMHS is desirable but not essential as the post holder will be well supported by the senior clinical and education teams.
The Practice Educator will promote a culture of continuous improvement within all areas of the division/organisation to ensure best practice is achieved in the delivery of high-quality patient care for children, young people and their families.
