PR & Marketing Manager

Overview:

The PR & Marketing Manager is an exciting 360 role covering PR and coordination of Galvan’s Marketing and Communications activities. The role also covers Events and VIP Dressing in collaboration with the brand’s external PR agency.

Your Mission:

As the key contact of the Communications team, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing strategies across Press, VIP/Celebrity, Communications and Marketing. You will be dedicated to elevating and expanding the brand's luxury image, while also supporting topline commercial and brand objectives.

This role requires strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to foster a collaborative internal approach as well as impeccable external relations.

The role has a global remit however will focus intensively on UK and USA regions.

Duties to include:

  • Devise and implement the brand marketing strategy, allocating investment to drive maximum results and brand exposure.

  • Lead day-to-day marketing initiatives across the business to ensure campaigns, brand initiatives and launches are executed effectively and on time.

  • Work closely with the e-commerce, retail and wholesale teams to strategize and execute successful product campaigns in line with commercial objectives.

  • Project manage the execution of seasonal campaigns, e-commerce photoshoots and in-season content shoots from ideation to logistics to final delivery of assets.

  • Coordinate briefing to Art Director / Graphic Designer for all assets and content creation. Ensure that the commercial brief is fully translated and assets are delivered in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate all copy writing for the company across different platforms, ensuring tone of voice and verbiage remain on brand.

  • Maintain the marketing calendar, brand bible and other marketing toolkits.

  • Support social channels, developing KPIs with a data-driven approach to review content and increase engagement. Devise strategies to increase engagement and grow qualitative following.

  • Nurture existing relationships with affiliates and establish new ones.

  • Launch PR & marketing strategies to support the new VIP space opening in April 2025 in Notting Hill. Support the retail and private client teams to develop and support customer loyalty programs that maintain and drive client acquisition.

  • Support organisation and execution of all Galvan events, both brand-building and client-facing.

  • Work in partnership with the external PR agency to manage VIP/Celebrity dressing.

  • Oversee sample management. Supervise interns to ensure effective sample trafficking and maintenance.

  • Work in partnership with the external PR agency to drive print and digital/social editorial coverage to ensure visibility of the brand.

  • Support pitching and securing of editorial coverage (digital + print).

  • Support the founders to cultivate relationships with relevant influencers, top stylists and editors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience within PR & Marketingfor a luxury/fashion brand or agency

  • A proven record of successfully implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong follow-through

  • Deep understanding of popular culture, emerging social networks, influencers and celebrities by region

  • Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative approach

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Requirements:

  • English speaking

  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and available to work 5 days a week Monday - Friday within the London studio or head office, both in Notting Hill
