PR Manager - Milton Keynes

A leading UK-based automotive manufacturer, renowned for innovation in electric vehicles and shaping the future of mobility, is looking for a talented PR Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you playing a key role in driving PR strategies, enhancing the company's reputation within the automotive industry and beyond. As a pivotal part of the PR team, you will help position the brand at the forefront of electric vehicle technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Head of PR in implementing and executing PR strategies that align with company objectives.
2. Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers within the automotive sector and beyond.
3. Draft and distribute press releases, media briefings, and thought leadership content to engage key stakeholders.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events, including press conferences and public appearances.
5. Monitor media coverage and evaluate the success of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies where necessary.
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company's broader business goals.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field.
2. Proven ability to build strong media relationships and secure coverage in both trade and consumer publications.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Hands-on experience in event planning, from concept to execution.
5. Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, able to measure the success of PR campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
